Richard was the ONLY contractor out of 5 that were called who actually showed up and quoted my roof, who called when he was going to be late, and even then, he was only 5 minutes late!!! That meant a lot to me because it showed that he valued my time as much as his. When some issues arose along the way, he did everything in his power to make them all right!! He made us feel like he was truly concerned with our happiness with the project and he did everything to make it all right. We truly feel that he conducted himself in our best interest!! The project was finished in ONE Day and it looks amazing!!!
